Sephora announced the latest addition to its Classes for Confidence series, which is a beauty program to empower those going through transitional stages in life. The very first of its kind, this one is dedicated to Bold Beauty for the Transgender Community. It’s curated specifically for nonbinary and transgender individuals who want a more customized beauty routine. The class is all about equipping you with confidence to live your best life. In an effort to promote beauty as a powerful tool of confidence, in June 2018 Sephora is offering 90-minute interactive workshops led by Sephora instructors who come from the same communities.
The classes are curated to help each participant feel comfortable in a personalized beauty and skincare routine to fit their needs. The workshops will involve things like makeup application tips to create the smoothest textures, how to find shades for your skin tone, and specialized skincare.
“Sephora Stands is dedicated to supporting diversity and inclusion in all of its social impact programming,” Corrie Conrad, head of social impact and sustainability for Sephora, said in a press release. “We stand with all members of the LGBTQA community and are committed to providing these individuals with the tools they want to feel confident and beautiful every single day.
