Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 18 months. If you make a purchase, make a redemption, or redeem your birthday gift once every 18 months, your points will continue to roll over! I checked your Beauty Insider account and your account is currently active. I would just make sure to redeem your Birthday Gift on your account each year if you don’t plan to buy anything.
It’s our hope that you redeem your points on a regular basis. All unredeemed points shall expire when a program member has not engaged in point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 18 months or more. In addition, points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled for reasons further detailed in Section 18.
