You may redeem Sephora points without any purchase in store. I believe most locations put a limit of 3 items, regardless of how many points you have. There are online restrictions to redeem items 750 points and above without purchase and they ship for free.

At Sephora. com you need to make a purchase to redeem points. At stores you don’t need to make any purchases. In-stores are different from online.
